FAQ

Q1. What are the hotel check-in and check-out times?

You may check in from 14:00 and check out by 11:00.
Please let us know if you will be arriving after 24:00.
There are extra charges for early check-ins and late check-outs. However, this may not be possible depending on our booking conditions. Please feel free to inquire.

Q2. I would like to check my luggage.

You can leave your luggage at the Information Desk on the 1st floor.
You can check it or pick it up anytime during your stay.
You may also check it before check-in and after check-out.

Q3. Are Pajamas provided in the rooms?

Only adult-size pajamas are available. They are made of cotton and wrap around in the front.
Disposable slippers are also available. Both items are wearable only in your room.

Q4. Do you have Parking Facilities?

The hotel has a multi-level parking facility.
You may park vehicles that are (max.) 1.57m high, 1.95m wide and 5m long.
The charge is ¥1,000 per day from check-in until check-out. The charge per two or more overnights is ¥1,500 regardless of the number of nights.
If you have an oversized car, we will inform you upon your arrival about a general parking facility out of the hotel. The charges are indicated for your reference. Thank you for your cooperation.

Q5. What items do you have for Rental?

1. Baby Cribs, use only for infants less than 1 year old
2. Bed Guards. Note: not installable in some rooms. Please inquire.
The above two items require reservations.
Air Moisturizers, Irons, Ironing Boards, Trouser Presses, PCs and Printers (A4 size paper only) are also available (Note: in limited numbers). We ask that you wait (or it may not be available) if in use by other guests.

Q6. Are there Hair Driers in the rooms?

There are built-in Driers.

Q7. What sort of Amenities do you have?

Shampoo, Hair Conditioner, Body and Hand Soaps, Shower Caps, Cleansing Cotton, Cotton Swabs, Razors and Toothbrushes

Q8. Do you have Interconnecting Rooms?

There are no Connecting Rooms. Though we accept requests for the rooms on the same floor or located close together, please be aware that, this may not be possible with some types of the rooms.

Q9. Do you have Room Service?

Sorry, no room services.
Beverages are available in vending machines on each floor.
On the Executive and Suite floors beverages are available in the refrigerators installed in rooms (fees are charged).
Ice is available at the 1st floor Turtle Club after 20:30 (please inquire at the Front Desk if it is closed).
You may dine at the DINING SYN-AN on the 14th floor for dinner (only open for dinner in the evening). Reservations are recommended.

Q10. Can I make reservations for the plans shown online also by telephone?

The indicated charges and vacancy conditions are special plans that are booked via the Internet. Please make reservations on line.

Q11. Is it possible to cancel reservations made via the Internet by telephone?

We ask that you make cancellations by Internet. Please let us know if Internet operation is not possible.

Q12. I would like to request a non-smoking room.

Non-smoking Rooms are available for standard type rooms only. However, since there is only a limited number of rooms, we may not be able to accept your request.

Q13. Are there Shops in the hotel?

There are no shops in the hotel, sorry.
The items below are sold at the Front Desk.
Panty Hoses, Disposable Cameras, Special Envelopes for Gift Money, DHC cleansing foam sets, Ladies’ Sanitary Products, Camera Film, Handkerchiefs, Neckties, AA size Batteries and Umbrellas

Also, there is automat-style convenience store.

Located at: next to the Turtle Club on the B1 floor
Open: 24 hours a day

The store offers Onigiri (rice balls), Sandwiches bread, Cup noodles,
Beverages, Sweets, etc.

☆ For the food sanitation reasons, onigiri are available until 22:00 and
sandwiches until 24:00.
A microwave oven is at your service.

Q14. Are there buses that go to Disneyland?

There are no special buses.
Take a Tokyo bound train on the JR Keiyo Line at the near-by Kaihin Makuhari Station, (a 3-minute walk), and get off at Maihama Station. It takes about 15 minutes by Rapid Train.
