Q. Do you have a laundry service?

Laundry service is provided only for guests staying for two or more nights in a row.
Please fill out the laundry slip and bring to the front desk by 9:00, and we will complete the service by night on the same day. (Excludes Thursdays, Sundays and holidays)

Q. Can we have additional breakfast orders?

Please notify us at the time of check-in. If you notify us on the previous day, additional breakfast can be purchased at 1,200 yen (Tax not included) per person instead of the regular price of 1,800 yen (Tax not included). Free of charge for children at preschool age and under.

Q. Are there restaurants nearby?

There are numerous commercial buildings nearby. Please ask for the map at the front desk.

Q. Can I bring my pet with me?

Please refrain from lodging with your pet. Thank you for your understanding.

Q. Do you have nightwear for children?

Unfortunately, we do not carry any for children. Please provide your own.

Q. Are there any shops?

We do not have any shops in the building, but there is one vending machine on the B1 floor that sells bread and so on. Stockings, toiletries, and other sanitary goods are provided at the front desk.

Q. Do you have room service?

Unfortunately, we do not offer room service. There are vending machines for beverages on each floor. Guestrooms on the Executive/Suite floors have refrigerators stocked with beverages and can be enjoyed for a fee.
Snack vending machine is on the B1 floor.

Q. Do you have connecting rooms?

Unfortunately, we do not. However, depending on your room type, we may be able to place your rooms close together. Please notify us at the time of reservation.

Q. Do you have a parking lot?

We have only a parking structure for vehicles limited to a 1.57 m (H) x 1.90 m (W) x 5 m (L). For vehicles exceeding those dimensions, there is a nearby paid parking lot which we can guide you to.

Q. Do you have a big public bath?

We do not. Each guestroom will have their own bath module.

Q. What do you have available for rent?

Hair straightener, desk lamp, humidifier, transformer, nail clipper, and DVD player. Supplies are limited, so please notify us at the time of reservation.

Q. Do you have a laundromat?

Unfortunately, we do not. However, we do have a laundry service.

Q. What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, American Express, JCB, NICOS, and UC.

Q. What electronic payment do you accept?

We accept Transportation IC card, Rakuten Edy, WAON, nanaco, and QUICPay.

Q. What QR code paymen do you accept?

We accept PayPay, auPAY, merPay, Alipay, UnionPay, BankPay, and WeChatPay.

Q. Do you have baby beds?

We do, however, supplies are limited and some guestrooms cannot accommodate baby beds. Please notify us at the time of reservation.

Q. Can you do safekeeping for my belongings?

We have a coat check on the first floor that is available 24 hours a day (free).
However, please keep your valuables on your person or leave at the front desk.

Q. What times are check-ins and check-outs?

Check-in is at 2:00 p.m. while check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Extra fees will apply if you do early-ins or late-outs.

Q. How do I access from Haneda/Narita Airport? Where is the bus stop? Where can I buy tickets?

Limousine buses run from Haneda/Narita airports, most of them stopping right in front of the hotel.
Some buses do not stop in front of the hotel. In that case, please get off at Kaihin-Makuhari Station.

Q. How long will it take to travel to Tokyo?

If using rapid train, it will take approximately 30 minutes.

Q. How far is the closest station?

3 minutes on foot.

Q. Do you have an ice machine?

The ice machine is located on the B1 floor. The ice pails can be found there as well.

Q. Do you have a Japanese restaurant?

Our hotel does not have a Japanese restaurant, but we can guide you to nearby restaurants. -> Ginshariya at Plena Makuhari, sushi restaurants, etc.

Q. Do you have Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The password is located in the desk drawer at your guestroom.

Q. How long does it take to go to Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower?

Tokyo Skytree (Oshiage Station) and Tokyo Tower (Akabanebashi Station) are both within 1 hour by train.

Q. Do you have a gym or pool in the hotel?

Unfortunately, we do not.

Q. Do you have any adapters?

We have some adapters available.

Q. What are the cancellation fees?

Cancelling on previous day: 20%
Cancelling on the day: 80%
No-show: 100%

Q. Can I choose smoking or non-smoking rooms?

All the guest rooms are non-smoking.Public smoking compartment,1st floor in the hotel, is available during your stay.

We do not.

We do not have any inside the hotel, but there are numerous ones nearby.

We do not accept foreign currency exchange. Our front desk staff will suggest you to the currency exchange facility near the hotel.
